Protein Photobooth Weekly Drawings – Official Rules

| Drawings | The Sponsor will hold three separate weekly drawings:
|
| Promotion period and weeks | The promotion runs from 11/1/2026 through 5/15/2027. Each drawing week begins Monday at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends Sunday at 11:59 p.m. Central Time, so each week includes that Saturday’s tournaments. Each entry is eligible only for the drawing week in which it is received and does not carry over. |
| Eligibility | Student Photo Drawing: open to students on a team competing in a 2026–2027 Science Olympiad Division B Protein Builders or Division C Protein Modeling event held in the United States. Event Supervisor drawings: open to adults who served as Event Supervisor for one of these events. Employees of the Sponsor and its research partners, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. |
| How to enter: Student Photo Drawing | Submit a complete entry on the Student Submission page, including all required team information and all 5 photos. Limit one entry per team per tournament. Additional entries from the same team at the same tournament will not be entered in the drawing. |
| How to enter: Event Supervisor Submission Drawing | Submit a complete entry on the Event Supervisor Submission page. Limit one entry per division per tournament. |
| How to enter: Exam Return Drawing | Mail the tournament exams, team roster, and tournament information using the prepaid UPS label in the tournament kit. Each package received during a drawing week is entered automatically in that week’s drawing. Limit one entry per division per tournament. |
| Winner selection | Within 7 days after each drawing week ends, the Sponsor will randomly select one winner for each drawing from all eligible entries received that week. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received that week. If no eligible entries are received in a week, no prize will be awarded for that drawing. |
| Prizes and delivery | Prizes are Amazon e-gift cards, sent to the winner’s email address within 14 days of the drawing. Student winners are contacted only once, by the email that delivers the gift card. If a prize email cannot be delivered, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from that week’s eligible entries. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Restrictions apply; see amazon.com/gc-legal. |
| Employer policies | Event Supervisors who are public employees or whose employers limit gifts are responsible for following those policies. A winner may decline a prize. |
| Privacy | Entry information is used as described on the Privacy and Research page. Student email addresses are used only to deliver the prize to the winner and are deleted after each weekly drawing. |
| General | The Sponsor may disqualify incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent entries, and may modify or cancel the promotion if it cannot run as planned. Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion. Science Olympiad, Inc. is not a sponsor of these drawings. |
